Now that you know a little bit about me, here is your chance to introduce yourself. Nothing works without effective communication, so I've made it super easy for new friends to contact me. Connections start with this form. Screening is required and non-negotiable for all first encounters. Screening is for my safety and comfortability. I do not meet individuals who wish to remain anonymous. I must be able to verify your name and photo for screening to ensure you are safe to meet privately.

Any information requested is industry standard and is not shared with any outside parties. All personal information collected is deleted after screening. Booking submissions are encrypted and sent directly to a folder that only I can access. Screening is for ensuring all clients are safe to meet and are not misidentifying themselves. Make sure to provide ALL the following info the best you can. The more information that you provide, the better I can gauge our compatibility. This will help make the booking process run smoothly and easily for both of us.
