Now that you know a little bit about me, here is your chance to introduce yourself. Nothing works without effective communication, so I've made it super easy for new friends to contact me.

Connections starts with this form. Screening is required and non-negotiable for all first encounters. Screening is for my safety and comfortability. I do not meet individuals who wish to remain anonymous. I must be able to verify your name and photo for screening to ensure you are safe to meet privately.

Any information requested is industry standard and is not shared with any outside parties. All personal information collected is deleted after screening. Booking submissions are encrypted and sent directly to a folder that only I can access. Screening is for ensuring all clients are safe to meet and are not misidentifying themselves. I value your privacy and respect the art of discretion. Rest assured, I will never share your personal information. If my safety requirements make you uncomfortable, then we would not be a good match. I’m selective about who I spend time with. Taking the time to thoughtfully fill out the form goes a long way.



Screening Methods:
1. ID: When uploading your drivers license/state ID/ or passport, you may black out impertinent info such as address and ID number. Year of birth must be included in screening. As the booking form does not have a photo upload option, ID photos can be sent to MeetSexyNina@gmail.com

1. Recent Provider References: Referral from at least 1-2 providers that you have seen within the year.  
2. Professional Website: Your professional/business website must show your name and photo or it can not be used for screening. Submit the URL for the specific webpage that shows the requested information.
3. LinkedIn: Submit the URL for your LinkedIn page. Your profile picture must be set as public, it must show a photo of yourself and not a company logo. New or suspicious LinkedIn accounts will not be accepted.

Make sure to provide ALL the following info the best you can. The more information that you provide, the better I can gauge our compatibility. This will help make the booking process run smoothly and easily for both of us.
